Getting Started with Wonderpod

Welcome to Wonderpod! This guide will help you start creating podcasts from your newsletters or blogs in just a few simple steps.

1. Register for an Account

To get started, visit Wonderpod.ai and create an account. Provide the following information:

  • Full Name: This will be displayed in the podcast XML feed, as required by platforms like Apple and Spotify.
  • Email Address: Also displayed in the podcast XML feed for compliance with platform requirements.
  • Username and Password: For logging into your account.

Privacy Notice

The Full Name and Email Address you provide will be visible in your podcast XML feed. This is required by podcast directories such as Apple and Spotify for identification purposes. Please ensure this information is accurate and appropriate for public display.

2. Create Your First Podcast

Once you log in, follow these steps:

  1. Click on "Create a New Podcast": This button is located on the dashboard.
  2. Enter Podcast Details:
    • Title: The name of your podcast (up to 250 characters).
    • Description: A brief overview of your podcast (up to 1,000 characters).
    • Language: Choose the language of your podcast.
    • Cover Image: Upload an image (PNG, JPG) to represent your podcast.
  3. Save and Generate Podcast: Once details are entered, click "Create the Podcast."

If you have the ambition to syndicate on Apple Podcast, you must use a JPG image with exact resolution of 3000x3000 and RGB only (no alpha channel).

3. Integrate with Your Content Source

Wonderpod supports multiple content sources, including newsletters and blogs. To link your content:

  • Newsletter Integration: Add the unique email address provided by Wonderpod to your newsletter recipient list. Emails sent to this address will automatically be converted into podcast episodes.
  • Custom Email Setup: For other setups, refer to our custom email integration guide.

4. Publish Your Podcast

Wonderpod automatically generates an XML feed for your podcast. You can submit this feed to major directories like Apple Podcasts, Spotify, and Google Podcasts. Visit our Publishing Guide for detailed instructions.

Content Ownership

Ensure you own the content or have the rights to process and distribute it using AI. Wonderpod is not responsible for any unauthorized use of copyrighted materials.

5. Manage and Customize

  • Dashboard: View and manage your podcasts.
  • Settings: Adjust your profile, language, and subscription preferences. Remember to monitor your monthly usage credits displayed in the settings.
